How do you make a living as a creative?
What does it take to build a sustainable artistic career?

In this interactive workshop and participatory conversation, we’ll explore these questions through the framework of Love, Listen, Risk, Create—four essential elements gathered from conversations with working creatives.

Drawing from The Insightful Creative blog and insights from artists, musicians, writers, and other creative professionals, we’ll reflect on:

• Love – How do you stay connected to your passion while navigating the realities of an artistic career?

• Listen – What can you learn from other artists’ journeys, and how can deep listening shape your path?

• Risk – How do you take smart risks, embrace uncertainty, and push past fear in your career?

• Create – What steps can you take to turn ideas into opportunities and sustain your work long-term?

We will explore real-world insights from others on making a living in the arts and forging your own creative path.
